Important notes before you order!​

Coja Multicultural Market, Coja.

 

You must choose your pick up point at check out.

Order only if you can pick it up from these locations & times.

 

  • Orders must be placed up to 2 days prior to pick up.

Ex: For pick up on Friday 10th, orders should be placed the latest by Wednesday 8th at 8pm.

 

  • 500g/600g/750g loaves may be a cut from the 1kg/1.2kg/1,5kg loaves.​

 

  • Weight is approximate. Please allow for a 5% deviation.

If your bread weighs less than that, contact me and I will be happy to compensate you.

Bread

 

We bake long fermented sourdough, promoting Portuguese grain and creole varieties.​

We make bullshit free bread: just flour, water & salt, nourishing and delicious, naturally digestible, low on FODMAPs and phytates, high on fibre and nutrients.

    All our cookies are made using wholemeal flours and unrefined sugar.

      Cakes & Pies

      Rustic and seasonal sweet bakes, because not only of bread lives a person!

      Our sweet treats are either fully or partially wholemeal, have only unrefined sugar and organic flours.
