Having a jar with cookies at home (specially homemade ones!) is a reassuring act of self-love. Ours are all made with wholemeal flours and unrefined sugar.

Oat cookies are a classic for a reason. They are the best! Yes, they are a cookie and yes, they are packed with good healthy stuff too! These have tons of walnuts and raisins in them and all those warming spices that make you feel like someone is hugging you from the inside. They are soft and buttery, and made with our beloved wholemeal Barbela wheat. I just can't get enough of them. Truth to be told, i have them for breakfast way too often! Not only I eat them as is, but I also like to double bake them and crumble them on top of my yoghurt or icecream or add them to triffles and other desserts.
