Spelt Apple Pie
Apple pie to the sky!
What do you need to survive the cold rainy days ahead? I only need a sofa, a woolen blanket, a fire place on and a good slice of warm apple pie, probably paired with a scoop of whipped cream. This is an open top apple pie, with a medium wholemeal spelt bottom and flaked almonds on top. The filling is moist and sweet, with some warm spicy hints. Whenever available we will give preference for locally grown apples, when that is not possible we will combine three types of apples - Reinette, Gala and Golden, for a richer flavor.

Organic Spelt Flour (white + wholemeal), Portuguese Almond Flour, Butter, Eggs, Moscovado Sugar, Lemon, Apples, Almonds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Corn Starch.
