Cookies!
Cookies is what they mean when they say happiness is in the palm of your hands! Nothing quite compares to the felling of having a cookie. I think they speak directly to our inner child and make us travel to places and times where things are just good. Having a jar with cookies at home (specially homemade ones!) is a reassuring act of self-love. Ours are all made with wholemeal flours and unrefined sugar.
Ingredients: Butter, Moscovado Sugar, Eggs, Organic Barbela Wholemeal Flour, Cinammom, Ginger, Baking Powder, Salt, Organic Oats, Raisins, Walnuts.
Oat cookies are a classic for a reason. They are the best! Yes, they are a cookie and yes, they are packed with good healthy stuff too! These have tons of walnuts and raisins in them and all those warming spices that make you feel like someone is hugging you from the inside. They are soft and buttery, and made with our beloved wholemeal Barbela wheat. I just can't get enough of them. Truth to be told, i have them for breakfast way too often! Not only I eat them as is, but I also like to double bake them and crumble them on top of my yoghurt or icecream or add them to triffles and other desserts.

Desde que as provei encomendo quase sempre. Sou grande apreciadora de chocolate com sabor forte, e estas bolachas são perfeitas. Que nunca acabem :D
