Salted Rye & Chocolate

Butter, Chocolate 70%, Eggs, Moscovado Sugar, Rye Wholemeal Flour, Baking Powder, Salt.
Only a few ingredients are used to make these cookies. Less is more, and these don't need much to be divine. The wholemeal rye and dark chocolate deep flavours are naturally complementary and rye adds an unique gooey texture to this cookies, making them fudgy and brownie like in the middle, while a little crunch on the outside. They are decadent, rich, and definitely for the dark chocolate lovers.
